In this 20 minute call, we will discuss what you’re looking to receive support around and your goals and dreams of what you’re desiring to create in your life. If we both feel we would be a great fit in working with one another, we would then schedule your Initial Intake Session.

Initial Intake Session

$200

The Initial Intake Session includes a 50 minute session where we will go over your hopes and dreams for your coaching business, health concerns if any, current and past eating habits and patterns, roadblocks in your health and business, current clients and so much more. You will leave the session with initial steps to growing your business, optimally nourishing yourself throughout a busy work day, and how to make further breakthroughs with your current clients.
